The St. Charles County Emergency Services Association (SCCESA)
is a group dedicated to improving the quality of emergency
response provided to residents, visitors, businesses and other
organizations in St. Charles County, Missouri. SCCESA is comprised
of the chief officers of the fire protection districts of
River's Point, Orchard Farm, Central County Fire Rescue, O’Fallon,
Lake St. Louis, Wentzville, Cottleville, New Melle, Augusta,
and St. Charles City Fire Department and St. Charles County
Ambulance District. |
The association
meets monthly, continually looking for options to enhance
the level of service provided both as a group and as individual
organizations. Recent examples of SCCESA progress towards
this continuing goal are the establishment of this website
to provide timely information to the public and between departments,
improved automatic mutual aid between the entities, shared
training, a countywide technical rescue unit, shared public
information officers, standard public fire safety education
programs, a countywide purchasing policy, and standardized
response policies. |
